With decades of experience across financial markets, asset management, and private banking, Belal Mohammed Khan brings strategic clarity and insight to a world where wealth, purpose, and complexity intersect.
    From 1986 to 2005, Belal was based in New York, holding senior roles at major financial institutions, including Merrill Lynch Investment Banking. Since 2006, he has worked from Geneva, including a 15-year tenure at HSBC Private Bank. From 2017 to 2021, he served as Chief Investment Officer for the Swiss Private Bank and EMEA, helping shape the macro and market outlook, asset allocation strategy, and investment positioning for HNW & UHNW clients.
    Throughout his career, he has worked with and advised central banks, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, UHNW families, and asset managers, consistently focusing on clarity, discretion, and long-term strategic alignment.

    Xavier-Roman Rahm - Of Counsel

    Xavier-Roman Rahm is the Founder and Attorney-at-Law at CieLex Sàrl, a Swiss law firm advising on corporate and company matters. He supports both domestic and international clients in structuring and establishing their businesses and family offices in the Cantons of Geneva and Vaud.
    Xavier brings to KS Advisory deep legal expertise in corporate governance, inheritance and succession structuring, and cross-border family office design. After several years practicing family law, inheritance litigation, and construction disputes, he transitioned his focus to advising private clients and entrepreneurs on corporate and wealth structuring strategies.
    He holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Fribourg (Fribourg–Paris II), a second Master’s in Law from the University of Paris II / Panthéon-Assas, and a Diplôme d'Études Approfondies (Diploma of Advanced Studies) in English and American Business Law.
    At KS Advisory, Xavier is the lead resource for legal and structural aspects of family office planning.
